Intro to Martial Arts: The fundamental skills used in this class are taught to increase each student s physical coordination, flexibility, balance and mental acumen. Students develop patience, confidence, self-discipline, inner calm and a consistently positive mental attitude. Throughout her teaching experience, the instructor has seen students gain an I can do attitude.
