So You Want to be an Actor? (Grades 3-5)                                                                                     9:00am-4:00pm 



Come learn all the ins and outs of acting in this fun and in-depth class! We’ll spend mornings learning different acting techniques such as improv, monologues, and cold-reading, as well as how to build a resume, attend an audition, and how to adjust your acting for the stage versus the camera. Afternoons will be spent rehearsing small-group short plays to be performed on Thursday afternoon. Students will improve their expressive speaking skills and learn how to collaborate creatively in small groups, and explore their interest in acting in a fun and positive environment.
