Summer Squires 2021 is open for enrollment Please Enroll in the 2021 SUMMER SQUIRES One-Time Registration fee class in order to receive a password that wil be emailed after enrollment is complete. This class is just for the initial registration and does not hold your spot(s) for any of the summer squires weeks. Each week needs to be prepaid and registered for separately. Where: Bee Cave Elementary School, 14300 Hamilon Pool Rd, Austin, TX 78738 Please follow the summer squires signs posted on the campus.
When: June 7, 2021 - July 23, 2021 (Monday-Friday)
Time: 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Late Pick-Up Fee: $10.00 for the first minute and $1.00 each additional minute if pick up is after 6:00 p.m.; Students may not return to Summer Squires until the late fee has been paid online or in person at the LTISD Administration building.
Grades Eligible: LTISD students who have either completed grades K - 5 as of June 1, 2021 Students that have not completed Kinder as of June 2021 or did not attend an LTISD school for 2020-2021 cannot attend Summer Squires and will be cancelled automatically.
Cost: $45 registration fee per child, $225 per week per child (purchase weeks seperately) Please check your email once enrollment is complete for the password to purchase each of the weekly choices. The PASSWORD will be embedded in your emailed receipt. This password will grant you access to purchase your Summer Squires weekly choices. You can purchase all of them at once, or visit the site later and purchase them one at a time using the same password. Limited Spaces Available, Don't delay! (NOTE: The password when purchasing the weeks is not the same as the log in password for your account) WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR SUMMER SQUIRES? All parents must sign in their students and ensure that their child is on the roster for the current week. NO DROP OFFS. Students cannot be signed in earlier than 7:00AM (the entrance doors will be locked) and students must be signed out by 6:00pm. A late fee of $10.00 for the first minute and $1.00 each additional minute per child applies to students picked up after 6:00 p.m. (Students may not return to Summer Squires until the late fee has been paid online or in person at the LTISD Administration building.) WHAT SHOULD YOUR CHILD BRING EACH DAY? Bring: Lunch, drink, water bottle, and snack. Wear: Socks, closed toe shoes, and play clothes. Label: Back packs, lunch boxes, and all personal items with student's name. Leave at home: Money Arrival/Departure: Students may not arrive earlier than 7:00 am and must be picked up before 6:00 pm each day. Late fees: Please be prompt before 6:00 p.m. to avoid late fees of $10 the first minute (at 6:01 pm) and $1 each additional minute, per child. Note: LTISD is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Bringing these personal belongings are at your own risk.
The $50 registration fee is non-refundable. For weekly refunds, please submit your request in writing by NOON the Wednesday prior to the week you wish to cancel to summersquires@ltisdschools.org or communityprograms@ltisdschools.org. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged per student. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY? Barring medical emergencies, it is very important for parents to plan ahead so the weekly rosters are accurate. Safety is our #1 priority. ARE TRANSFERS ALLOWED? No, our payment software does not accommodate the transfer of funds from one week to another. However, if your schedule changes, pending space availability, you may purchase a new week then send a written request to refund the cancelled week (by NOON the Wednesday prior to the week you wish to cancel.)
