Summer Squires 2022 is open for enrollment
Please Enroll in the 2022 SUMMER SQUIRES One-Time Registration fee class in order to receive a PASSWORD THAT WILL BE EMAILED after enrollment is complete. This class is just for the initial registration and does not hold your spot(s) for any of the Summer Squires weeks. Each week needs to be prepaid and registered for separately. Limited Spaces, Don't Delay!

When: June 6, 2022 - July 22, 2022 (Monday-Friday)
Time: 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Late Pick-Up Fee: $10.00 for the first minute and $1.00 each additional minute if pick up is after 6:00 p.m.; Students may not return to Summer Squires until the late fee has been paid online.
Grades Eligible: LTISD students who have completed grades K - 5 as of June 1, 2022. Students that have not completed Kinder as of June 2022 or did not attend an LTISD school for 2021-2022 cannot attend Summer Squires and will be canceled automatically.
Cost: $50 registration fee per child, $275 per week per child (purchase weeks separately) Please check your email once enrollment is complete for the password to purchase each of the weekly choices. The PASSWORD will be embedded in your emailed receipt. This password will grant you access to purchase your Summer Squires weekly choices. You can purchase all of them at once, or visit the site later and purchase them one at a time using the same password. Limited Spaces Available, Don't delay! (NOTE: The password when purchasing the weeks is not the same as the login password for your account).
WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR SUMMER SQUIRES? All parents must sign in their students and ensure that their child is on the roster for the current week. NO DROP-OFFS. Students cannot be signed in earlier than 7:00 AM (the entrance doors will be locked) and students must be signed out by 6:00 pm. A late fee of $10.00 for the first minute and $1.00 each additional minute per child applies to students picked up after 6:00 p.m.
WHAT SHOULD YOUR CHILD BRING EACH DAY? Bring Lunch, drink, water bottle, and snack. Wear: Socks, closed-toe shoes, and play clothes. Label: Backpacks, lunch boxes, and all personal items with the student's name. Leave at home: Money
Arrival/Departure: Students may not arrive earlier than 7:00 am and must be picked up before 6:00 pm each day. Late fees: Please be prompt before 6:00 p.m. to avoid late fees of $10 the first minute (at 6:01 pm) and $1 each additional minute, per child. Note: LTISD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Bringing these personal belongings is at your own risk.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY? The $50 enrollment fee is non-refundable if you successfully enrolled in a week. However, we offer a full registration refund for families that were placed on the waitlist and do not want to remain on the waitlist OR for families that find camps are already at capacity when trying to enroll. For waitlist refunds please contact communityprograms@ltisdschools.org.
For weekly refunds, please submit your request in writing by NOON the Wednesday before the week you wish to cancel. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged per student. Barring medical emergencies, it is very important for parents to plan ahead so the weekly rosters are accurate. Safety is our #1 priority.
ARE TRANSFERS ALLOWED? No, our payment software does not accommodate the transfer of funds from one week to another. However, if your schedule changes, pending space availability, you may purchase a new week then send a written request to refund the canceled week (by NOON the Wednesday prior to the week you wish to cancel.)
